LODGING DETAILS – LEWISTOWN, PA
Courses held at the Mifflin County Sportsmen’s Association range. Camping and RV parking on the grounds is free. There are several hotels in the area, we usually stay at the Super 8 which is 3 miles down the road.
Bunkhouse/Clubhouse lodging is free, it is one large open room that doubles as the classroom. You need to bring a cot or airmatress to sleep on. It has bathrooms, but NO SHOWER, it is heated and air conditioned, some guys use a rechargable outdoor camping shower to hose off. If you don’t mind roughing it, it will save you a few hundred $, we (instructors) all sleep there.
